The minimum apparel order is 12 pieces.
Yes, you can order exactly as many of each size you need. Our minimums are for the whole order, not per size.
Yes you can do any combination of shirt colors for your order. Keep in mind the colors in your design however. If we have to change an elements color per shirt there are additional charges.
Yes, our art department has a combined 50+ years designing t-shirts. We’d love to help.
For screen printing we need “Print-ready” files. These would be vector-based, and would be a format such as .ai, .pdf, or .eps. For DTF printing we need a 300dpi PNG with transparency preserved. If your artwork is more of an idea or rough reference, send it to us in any format you have such as jpg, bmp, png etc. We can clean it up for you or create something new all together for a small fee.
Yes, we always send a digital proof before production, and we can not proceed until we receive approval.
It depends on a couple factors, such as how complex the print is, the quantity, ease of procuring the apparel blanks etc. Typical turnaround is 7-14 days from signed order form.
Yes, we can apply custom names and numbers on T-shirts.
We generally provide the garments to ensure they are suitable for the selected decoration method and covered by our production process. Customer-supplied garments may be accepted in limited situations after review.
Yes, free pickup at our local facility, 3703 Bank Street, Baltimore MD 21224. Your order can also be shipped to you. The shipping charge is based on the weight.
